What You'll Do:
As a Quality Technician at CG Plastics, you will play a vital role in maintaining the excellence of our plastic injection molding production. You'll be responsible for:
- Ensuring Quality: Inspecting molded parts, testing products for defects, and ensuring they meet customer specifications.
- Process Monitoring: Keeping a close eye on production processes and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Problem-Solving: Collaborating with the team to troubleshoot and improve product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
- Build Quality Processes: Bring your experience and expertise to the role and help to build and improve CTG quality processes.
- Supporting Production: Jumping in to help operate injection molding machines when needed to keep production flowing smoothly.
What We're Looking For:
We need someone who thrives on precision and takes pride in their work. Here's what we're looking for:
- Experience: 2+ years in a quality control or technician role, ideally in plastic injection molding.
- Skills: Proficient with measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.) and has solid mechanical know-how.
- Detail-Oriented: You'll be the one ensuring everything meets the highest standards, so attention to detail is a must!
- Team Player: You're ready to jump in and assist wherever needed, whether it's quality inspection or machine operation.
