Quality Inspector

CG Plastics is looking to fill 2 temporary positions as a visual quality inspector. We need to fill the role on 1st shift and 2nd shift. While this role is temporary, we will have on-going needs within quality and for machine operators so the position has a very strong potential to become a permanent one. CG Plastics is growing and we have been creating new positions to accommodate the growth within this longstanding, family-owned company.

The following is a description of tasks/duties that we would ask of any temporary resources brought in to support our current GP-12 needs:

• Ability to perform visual inspection (aesthetic quality of parts produced by CGP)
  • Will require good vision and ability to discern color.
• Careful attention to handling parts in a way to not cause damage.
• Fast learner who is coachable and open to precise instruction/correction against customer requirements.
• Capable of working in a fast environment.
• Some physical ability to stand at a station and some bending and lifting.
• Commitment to report to work as scheduled.
